Kathleen’s shamanic workshop set down step by step, in the order in which she teaches it. Exercises and examples take the reader through the shamanic journey and through the blocks that surface along the way, so that the work can be done on one’s own by those who cannot attend in person, and taken up again by those who have. The book has also been translated into Dutch.
